As a declared agent, we represent third-party vendors like airlines. This indicates that the contract for the product is made between you and the supplier when you make a reservation. Therefore, in addition to the terms stated below, the supplier's booking conditions (including the airline's conditions of carriage) also apply to your reservation. Before completing your transaction with us, please make sure you have read the supplier's conditions because they do contain crucial details concerning your reservation.

When you agree to our booking conditions and make payment, a contract is formed.
Please double-check your entire itinerary before making the booking, as well as when we send you the final booking email, to verify that it matches your need. Please keep in mind that a flight described as direct does not necessarily mean non-stop. All departure/arrival times are provided by the respective airlines and are simply estimations. They may alter owing to a variety of factors such as air traffic control constraints, weather conditions, operational/maintenance requirements, and passengers' obligation to check in on time.
This website is not responsible if a departure/arrival time originally supplied to you or reflected on your documents changes. It is recommended that all clients reconfirm their flights with the airline 72 hours before departure. We are also unable to make any special arrangements for you if you are delayed; these are entirely at the discretion of the airline in question.
We act as an agent for the principal (airline), which has its own set of terms and conditions. This does give it the ability to refuse a sale after it has been made. We will always endeavour to avoid this circumstance whenever possible, but we cannot guarantee that it will not occur. If this occurs, you will be offered the same service at a lower cost, a different service, or a full refund.
We cannot accept liability for any delay which is due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances as set out in clause 9. A delay to or cancellation of your transport service does not automatically entitle you to cancel any other arrangements even where those arrangements have been made in conjunction with your transport. However, you may be entitled to claim under the delay section of your travel insurance policy.
